Service Provider login

This agreement is between SupportUniverse (referred to as "service") and its users (referred to as "service provider" or "project owner").

By using our service you agree to the following terms:

1- This service is provided for adults only. The term adult is relative to your own country's law and regulations. So if, in your country, you are not considered an adult, and thus you may not agree to contracts, then you are not allowed to user our service.

2- SupportUniverse reserves the right to accept or reject the membership of any entity or person, to its own discretion.

3- SupportUniverse may end, suspend or cancel any account that the Service finds incompliant to the rules specified in this agreement, to it own discretion.

4- In general, all transactions for projects and bids are paid to SupportUniverse as escrow. The buyer use our escrow service, which means that funds are held in the buyer's account until the project is delivered. Funds in escrow are release on scheduled payment dates after successful project delivery.

5- All payments collected by SupportUniverse as "project fees".

6- Service Providers and Project Owners may not , under any circumstance, post contact information anywhere on this site. This includes phone numbers, email address, ICQ# or any IM id. All messages, bids and links placed are monitored closely, and when an attempt to display contact info is found (example: someid at Yahoo dot com), it automatically leads to the cancellation of the user's account.
